Shipping & Delivery
Currently, we only ship to addresses in Singapore. We have got you covered with tracked door-step shipping for all online orders via our website, so please provide your email to follow your order every step of the way!
Shipping Fee
- Free shipping for orders above S$75
- For all orders below, a shipping fee of S$4 will apply.
Lead Time
- Please allow 4-5 business days for us to dispatch your order.
- We produce in small batches to keep a sustainable inventory so that every pack of treats you receive will be as fresh as it can be, should there be any items in which we do not have existing stock in your order, we will reach out to advise on the specific lead time for production.
Storage
All our treats are made in-house locally in Singapore without any preservatives, so you will want to share them with your furbabies as soon as possible! Once you open a pack, be sure to enjoy them within 1 month and keep them sealed and refrigerated. For unopened treats, please check the best before date indicated on the packaging. Keep the treats and chews in an airtight container in a dark, cool, dry spot to keep them fresh and tasty for longer.
Refund and Returns
For food safety and hygiene reasons, we are unable to exchange or return any food items. We really appreciate your understanding.
We take great care in making sure our products are safe and delicious for your furbabies. If you have any concerns about your order, just reach us via email or IG DM within 5 days of receiving it.
